1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1 C shredded cheese
1/2 C Bisquick
1 C milk
2 eggs
1. Heat oven to 400. Spray 9 inch pie plate with cooking spray. In 10 inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Spread in pie plate, sprinkle with cheese.
2. In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I store cooked ground meat in the freezer because I hate having to defrost and cook it while I'm making dinner. I just defrosted the browned meat, added some dehydrated onion to it and salt then spread that in the plate, then poured the saucy stuff on top. Prep time was 5 minutes and cook time 25.
My opinion - My kids like it and Anna wanted seconds. It's a winner. (She doesn't want seconds of anything and typically doesn't love what she's being served because it's not processed.)
